Atelier - Bridal Vision Studio is a premium digital service that uses artificial intelligence to create stunning bridal portraits, videos, and virtual try-on experiences from wedding dress photographs.

Our Services Include:

• AI Bridal Portrait Generation - Transform dress photographs into professional bridal portraits featuring various scenes, styles, and backgrounds
• AI Video Creation - Generate cinematic video content from static images using advanced video generation technology
• Virtual Try-On - Visualize how dresses look on different body types using AI-powered virtual fitting technology

All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are sold or shipped.

As a digital service provider using AI generation technology, we handle refunds and disputes as follows:

Eligible for Refund:

• Technical failures where no output was generated despite successful payment
• Duplicate charges due to system errors
• Service outages preventing access to purchased credits within 72 hours

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Generated content that does not meet subjective aesthetic expectations
• Credits that have been used for successful generations
• Unused credits after 12 months from purchase date

How to Request a Refund:

2. Include your account email and date of purchase
3. Describe the issue you experienced
4. We will review and respond within 5 business days

Dispute Resolution:

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the dispute. We will work with you to find a fair resolution. If you file a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

Credit-Based Purchases:

Credits are non-refundable once purchased but do not expire for 12 months. You may use your credits at any time within this period.

Subscription Services (if applicable):

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
• Unused credits from subscription may be used until end of billing period

Generation in Progress:

Once an AI generation has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled. Credits are deducted at the time of request submission.

Acceptable Use:

• You must have rights to upload any images you submit
• Generated content is for personal or licensed commercial use only
• You may not use the service to create illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Bulk automated access or scraping is prohibited

Content Ownership:

• You retain rights to images you upload
• Generated content is licensed to you for use per our content license terms
• We may use anonymized usage data to improve our services

Service Availability:

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, AI generation services depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

Promotional Offers:

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing or bonus credits. Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts
• Bonus credits may have shorter expiration periods
• We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time
• One promotional offer per customer unless otherwise specified

• Content depicting minors

• Content promoting violence or illegal activities
• Misleading political content or deepfakes intended to deceive
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Export Compliance:

This service is provided in compliance with applicable export laws. Users in sanctioned countries may not be able to access the service.

• Uploaded images are processed securely and not shared with third parties
• Generated content is stored temporarily for delivery and then deleted
• Payment information is processed securely through Stripe
• We collect minimal personal data necessary to provide the service
